You receive a detailed written estimate clearly separating necessary work, recommended work and optional upgrades. Take the time to review it properly.
Emergencies, Second Opinions & Tender Questions
There are situations where a phone call serves you better than a form. Call us directly on 508-241-3891 if any of the following apply.
Active leaks and weather damage — a leaking roof, a failed window during a storm or water entering the structure. Active damage gets triaged before anything else, and we will tell you plainly whether this is an emergency.
Insurance and real estate — if you need storm damage documentation for a claim, or you are a realtor coordinating repairs before a sale, we can usually schedule quickly and provide the written documentation needed.
Comparing written estimates — if you already have a proposal from another contractor, we are happy to review it with you and explain exactly what each line item does and does not include. We will not disparage anyone else’s work, and we will still give you our own honest assessment.
Contractor disputes — if a previous job was not completed as agreed, call us before you spend money. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
